7 Day Guide to Weight Loss
Having some extra pounds on yourself can be really frustrating. A good and healthy body gives you the self-confidence to conquer all the daily challenges. But losing weight can be a tough thing.
Diet plans that last for months can affect your daily life. Wouldn’t it be amazing if you could lose weight in a week? Follow the special one-week diet plan to lose a noticeable amount of weight without starving yourself. The plan is very effective and is good for your skin and overall health too.
Day 1 – Fruit Day
Fruits are amazing at eliminating excessive fat from your body. They have healing properties and are very effective in weight loss. On the first day of your diet, you are going to have to consume nothing but 4 oranges, 4 Apples, 2 pomegranates and a small watermelon the entire day.
Special Shake!
You can drink this special shake on the start of each day of the weight loss program. Take warm water and add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice (Fresh), 2 tablespoon of honey and mix it well. Drink it before breakfast every day.
Day 2 – Veggie Day
It’s vegetable day! You’re only allowed to eat vegetables today. It is your choice whether you want to eat them as a plain salad or boiled. You can have them with salt and pepper. There is no limit to how much you should eat. You can eat whenever you feel hungry. Try not to go hungry for longer periods. Eat a little after every 3-4 hours.
Day 3 – Fruit-Veggie Combo
On the third day, you are allowed to consume as many fruits and vegetables as you want. But there are a few things that you must keep in mind.
Avoid Oils, Cheese, Butter and things that are fatty in nature.
Use boiled of plain vegetables.
Fruit juice is not recommended, bananas and potatoes are also restricted.
Day 4 – Banana Day
You’re going to have to eat 10 Bananas today, alongside 3 glasses of Milk and a diet soup. The amount of food you will be having is very less so it can be tough. Try to eat with balanced intervals, that way you wouldn’t feel a lot of hunger.
Day 5 – Tomato Day
The name might suggest that you’re going to have only tomatoes today, but that’s not the case. Although they are a very important part of the diet. Your day will consist of a diet including a bowl of rice, a small bowl of soup prepared from pulses, “dal“. Alongside that, you can have a glass of buttermilk and a bowl of fresh salad.
Day 6 – Rice Day
It’s a special day! Today you’re going to have a combination of the past diets. You can have a small brown rice bowl, boiled. Try to avoid fatty edibles like butter, oil or cheese. You can have a bowl of diet soup, a bowl of fresh salad and a glass of buttermilk.
Day – Final Day!
It’s the last day and you have clearly lost almost 6 pounds. Today you’re going to have a little bit of pulse soup (also great for diabetes), a small bowl of brown rice, a bowl of fresh salad and a glass of buttermilk. Also today you can have a glass of fresh fruit juice, either orange or grape. And if you’re still hungry you can have a bowl of diet soup.
Make sure that each day you drink from 10 to 14 glasses of water.
